Auf das in den Kiefer gesetzte Zahnimplantat k\u00f6nnen verschiedene Aufbauten gelegt werden. Als stabile St\u00fctzen f\u00fcr den Zahnersatz verwachsen sie im Kiefer. Darauf wird der sichtbare Zahnersatz befestigt. Die heute auf dem Markt befindlichen Zahnimplantate bestehen meist aus hochreinem Titan. Titan ist biokompatibel und besonders gewebevertr\u00e4glich, d. h. es w\u00e4chst sehr gut in den Knochen ein.<\/p>\n<p>Zahnimplantate als Zahnersatz bestehen aus drei Elementen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Der erste Teil<\/strong> ist das Implantat selbst, das in den Kieferknochen eingesetzt wird und die Basis f\u00fcr den Zahnersatz bildet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Der Aufbau (das Abutment)<\/strong> ist ein kleines Verbindungselement, das in das Implantat geschraubt wird. Das ist ein sicheres und vorhersehbares Verfahren, welches aus folgenden Schritten besteht:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Planung<\/strong> &#8211; ist wichtigster Teil des Prozesses, w\u00e4hrend dessen die Untersuchungen sowie die Analyse der Tomografie durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Aufgrund der Ergebnisse erfolgt die Bestimmung einer idealen Position f\u00fcr jeweilige Implantate sowie des Aussehens von k\u00fcnftigen Z\u00e4hnen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Einsetzen des Implantates<\/strong> &#8211; punktgenaue Einf\u00fchrung des Implantats, so dass der Knochen sich dicht um den Implantat wiederaufbauen kann. Danach erfolgt eine <span>Heilung, die 2-3 Monate dauert.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Aufsetzung des Pfostens<\/strong> &#8211; wenn die Heilung abgeschlossen ist, wird das Implantat enth\u00fcllt und eine Heilschraube zur Bildung des Zahnfleisches aufgesetzt. Die Zahnfleisch-Bildung dauert ca. 2-3 Wochen.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vorbereitung und Befestigung der prothetischen Arbeit<\/strong> &#8211; der Zahntechniker fertigt eine ideal angepasste und \u00e4sthetische Erg\u00e4nzungsarbeit.
